I've never had to deal with their customer support, but that aside, the
money is
worth it. The whitepapers, labs exams are top-notch, I haven't seen its
equal.
You can get a free whitepaper each month, so you can check them out ahead
of time, but the archives are what's worth the money.
I had the same experience with some lady today.
I was trying to get receipt for my purchase and the lady was so rude that I
finally got frustrated and hung up. I called once before find out if I
could take the "practice tests" more than 2 times in a month, the lady

Did anyone who took the Certification Zone CCIE written this month find
your scores really low? I'm taking the real exam in a couple weeks, but was
real disappointed to get a much lower (100 points less than my previous
worst) score this month. I'm hoping it was just the test
