I've identified the problem with my Mac 512K: the disk drive was corrupting the data going to and from it. I managed to fix it by giving it the 800K drive from a Mac Plus. But I really miss the 400K disk drive; the noises that come from it are music to my ears. It plays a little tune in E minor w
