Well another solution could to run a script before rsyncing that does
the following:
1) Get a new directory listing from the server.
2) Compare it with the current local listing.
3) Rename local files that differ only in version number, to the same
version as the remote files.
4) Run rsync.

Connected to sunet.se using fmirror and:
new simlinks created

/usr/lib/libgif* exists but ldconfig cannot find it. very strange. can somebody

With my SBLive KDE sounds are ok ( but only using some old kernel )
I want use other kernel's and changed SBLive for SB128 PCI sure that left some
feature but get a card that works.
Installed the card using kernel modules or alsa drivers/utils and
