It seems that these __db.00? files were for Depends. Anyway, I just
discovered that I have no Depends file in /var/lib/rpm. Running rpm
--rebuilddb does not seem to restore or rebuild it. Any idea?

I just checked the program antiword from contrib's rpms
(antiword-0.31-2). I believe it would be more suggestive to replace the
converter on Midnight Commander for *.doc extensions as most documents
today are made in more recent formats. For quite a long time the mc.ext
