My server can't accepts any NFS mount request since today. Every attempt

I've switched back to the 2.2.17 kernel as shipped with Mandrake 7.2,
and NFS to/from cooker is now working fine.
It appears that the NFS problem only occurs with the 2.2.18 kernel,
the puzzling thing is that this problem did not occur with early cookers.

Further update:
With this morning's rsynced cooker, NFS to the Sun boxes (Solaros 2.6),
and HP boxes (HP-UX 11.00) appears to be working fine,
but still no joy with Mandrake 7.2, and kernel 2.2.18 boxes.

nfs-utils turns the service off during the installation.
[root@linux1 /root]# chkconfig nfs --list
nfs 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on4:on5:on6:off
[root@linux1 cooker]# rpm -ivh nfs-utils-0.3.1-1mdk.i586.rpm --replacepkgs

Is there any chance these fixes will find their way into the 2.2.19 mdk
kernel?

Hi,
The last cooker kernel should fixes all reiserfs problems with nfs and
nfs in general with the inclusion of patchset from Neil
Brown[1]. Please test it and let me know if you still have problems
with nfs..
