Can you use the quesadilla cooker to cook meat as on a George Forman?
I would assume so. Conversely, why not make quesadillas on a large
Forman? You just would not have triangle impressions. Also, I would
use a light cooking oil instead of butter. But sounds great.

I think one of the most important factors is that you need a thin
spatula. A thick one will just push the food around and will not get under
