David,
I think routing only covers cases where the message starts in the US and
exits and than comes back.

If you search the archive about routing and look at the messages

That's going to be tricky. The outages are random, sometimes not
happening for 24 hours or more. We went most the weekend without
failure then had two
op and CBL now.
Any other suggestions?
In Imail we use DNS blacklists on the connection checks, then we also use
Declude with Message Sniffer.
Thanks,
Katie

Hello
.
While tech support at both Ipswitch and Declude have been very good,
as always, I'm stuck with both sides giving up.
Any suggestions?
Thx,
D.

I have a question about the MAILFROM processing. Does this look at the
display name too or just at the actual email address?
I

MAILFROM0 containsloudandclear
Is the only way to filter on the display name in the from address to use the
HEADERS filter?
Thanks,

You can see the X-IMAIL Rule firing and sending a copy of the message off to the user's alternate address. I'm thinking that Declude is doing just what it is supposed to do. I checked the user's Spam folder and this message is definitely there and it was copied to the alternat
and the corresponding Declude log snipit then
that may provide enough info for a possible solution...
