I can easily get a REVDNS through my ISP.
Not for your private IP range
filter.
I would probably prefer not to whitelist the server, as bogus emails that
come through tend to get caught.

You can either fix your DNS so the web server doesn't fail the REVDNS check,
or add
WHITELIST IP ip address of server
without the to your Declude config, or both.
