the best way for me to get setup and going? A quick and basic tutorial on
how to build and test changes to the MDL library would be of much use.

At some point, we should disable selecting AIR 24+ for Flex SDK less than

All code in any directories or sub-directories that end with *.html or
*.css is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International

Where can I find this site?
It sounds like the nav bar has CSS setting position: sticky;

At this point we are going around in circles. Justin, if you can simply
send a PR with a short explanation of why this is important to you, maybe
they will just merge the PR.
Let's not try to game out all the possibilities beforehand.

I have been using Flash Builder and FDT for a while now. I will gladly
drop everything and switch to Visual Studio if that works out!!

I have published flexjs 0.7.0 on the npm repository.
You can install it by running:
npm install flexjs -g
Before publishing, I confirmed that the npm flexjs package does indeed
download from the mirrors:

*Downloading Apache FlexJS from mirror:
The npm flexjs package is a thing on its own which points to only released
Apache artifacts. We are not publishing unreleased apache code anywhere.
Still not sure what the violation is.

expand on what you think is a violation? How do you think we should fix
the said violation?
