something in to get a free CD? Lke a coupon on snack
food items (Frito Lay, Hershey, Nabisco), box top

So there are companies that specialize on Micro-finance which means they
loan people money so they can start their own business or expand their own
business. However this businesses are so small that the loans are also
small (100dls - 500 dls).
