Most of the testng related surefire jira issues can be closed now. (i've
added comments for some that I know are now fixed)
There are one or two questionable issues I'd have to verify on the testng
side first.

maven-surefire plugin core parts to provide a seamless testng integration point

may be to use the already existing classloader include
