I've got a change to ofbiz startup to make loading of the webapps run
in parallel. Unfortunately, it's been taking me longer than I'd like

I noticed in this commit and in others that you create a copy of the context
Map before using it. Why is that necessary? Usually that is done only when you
intend to modify the Map's contents and you don't want those changes reflected
back to calling code.

caused this ofbiz bug. However, there's nothing that says we couldn't
have the same problem occur with other uses of FastList.subList.add().
highest priority is ofbiz is stable.
