(header-row). If the table stands by itself in a screen, you probably want
the header to stand out by using a bold background color (header-row-2).

I need to include a form widget from an ftl file.
Is there an instruction equivalent to:
${screens.render(ScreenLocation, ScreenName)}
but for forms?
Something like
${forms.render(FormLocation, FormName)}
