*+1 *from me. As an avid contributor to github issues and slack questions I
often find myself answering the same questions multiple times (even on the
same platform). I'm looking forward to the increased discoverability and
persistence provided by github discussions.

It seems to all be based on github repo, *apache-superset/superset-ui
<https://github.com/apache-superset/superset-ui>*should be enough?

Hi Sriram,
Superset is not a query engine, just a visualization layer. Your best
option for this would be to connect superset to databricks or trino/presto
and they can run the queries. Info on how to connect to a db is here:

I think all the react crud view tests are mostly covered by js tests and
api tests, so deleting those would probably be the path forward. Given that
most users run superset with that feature flag enabled, there is little
risk to removing that code.

title. However, if the contains more than
1 commit, the PR title is used. This should make our git history better
since we have rules around PR titles.
Please respond with any concerns, comments, or +1s. If there are no
concerns over the next few days, I'll go ahead and open the infra ticket.

Also, the auto-merge button only shows up while the PR is not yet in a
mergeable state. Once the merge button is green, it's just the regular
merge button we're all used to.

they've enabled the commit message settings, but looks like apache infra is
against auto-merge. They've told me to take it up with legal or infra vp to
get it changed.
