[slim] Stuttering with SB2

The problem I'm having is that music starts to plays just fine on the SB2, but some number of minutes into a track -- 2, 3, 8, sometimes never -- it'll just stop playing and do this little stutter thing where I hear micro-bursts of sound. One time, it came back and resumed playing after a few min

oiler1fan, I have fixed the logic for the disable itunes track setting. if you upgrade to the July 13 nightly build, then your unchecked tracks should be properly removed from the library on a rescan. If your pref is already set to 'don't ignore' then you will not have to change a thing. ch

[slim] Softsqueeze and ATI remote

I'm using Slimserver 6.1b2 on Linux and Softsqueeze on WinXP. I slapped together a simple plugin for the ATI Remote Wonder rf remote control but I've hit a few limitations. I use PostMessage to send WM_KEYDOWN messages to the Softsqueeze window so I can only access functions that have a keyboard

Oooh. This is new: 19 March 2005 Just a reminder that the new AAC part of mp3gain is experimental. It's simply newer, so problems are still being found (and fixed). Use it at your own risk, and I'd suggest backing up your files first. Does anyone here have any experience on using mp3gain on AAC

Thanks for the feedback guys. There are no accented characters in the titles as far as I know. I will check the MP3 versus mp3 issue. I can see how this could be a problem given the Unix base of OSX and it's inherent case sensitivity. If this is the case though, I will be facing some donkey work
