Now I can't hide the remote, access the prefs menu, or generally see what's going on. Using "power off" (on the remote) doesn't help, and neither does restarting the app or the computer. You can move the remote independantly by pressing ctrl while dragging it away. -- Michael -

Can confirm that the licence key for MusicMagic 1.5 works fine with MusicIP 1.6 but 1.6 doesn't integrate properly with Slimserver as yet. I see the MM icon but when I trigger an instant mix, the playlist is empty. Haven't noticed much of a difference between the two as yet, although the mixes

No. You have to set it, I think in Energy Saver, under "wake for Ethernet network administrator access." I think that wake on LAN is not possible for wireless networks where the computer is connected by a wireless card, but it works fine if it has a wired connection to a wirelss access point.

Last time I checked the source code, the production releases were single threaded, so dual core, multi-processor, hyperthreading, etc. won't be used effectively. You could use MySQL. With a little luck this would have slimserver run on one of the cores while MySQL is working on the other one..
