I haven't used softsqueeze in ages, but according the the FAQ at http://softsqueeze.sourceforge.net/faq.html there's an "Audio Mixer" setting on the prefs page. The other thing you can check (which might fix it) is in windows control panel - make sure the UD10 is set as the default output device.
