Converting the flacs is the easy part, getting them on the Ipod without Itunes is the hard part as it is a proprietary system. Apple doesn't want to make it easy to use anything but Itunes. Thats one of the main reasons for Rockbox but it only works on selected Ipods. It's really nice not

the obvious requirement for N has nothing to do with slim, and everything to do with the router. a LOT of wireless networks are BETTER when the router need only support N instead of a mixed mode of G and N or B, G and N. it would be nice for slim to allow customers to pick N so mixed mode was
