[slim] 7.3.3 Perl Issues?

I get a number of these when Squeezecenter tries to open. It initially fails to start, but if I try again, and then again, it seems these errors have no effect and SqueezeCenter starts in the end. Very weird. Never happened before the upgrade to 7.3.3, this on a Vista 64 bit system.

I checked all the id tags first Probably a mixture of ID3v1/ID3v2/Vorbis tags. You need mp3tag to clean tags, read the wiki. Also, I find it helpful to set the COMPILATION tag so that Squeezecenter isn't guessing. -- amcluesent

I guess restoring the files from your backup isn't an option? If so, you'll have to do it the hard way. Post on the mp3tag forums for advice on how to use bits of your filename/folder structure to tag your fiels, if that applies. e.g. my folders are organised artist\album\track

I've got a SB1 and Boom (all wired connections) which I've been playing sync'ed together. It's really hit and miss, 80% it's fine, other times the SB1 insists on dragging its' feet 3 or 4 seconds behind the Boom. Just yesterday I bought a SB3 to replace the SB1, does that tell you enough? LOL.
