Thanks for digging in and reporting the bug.

I will try to make some time to help. My programing experience is
dated and academic at best, but I have stayed involved professionally
on the functional side of software design and I am familiar with some
of the UML constructs. Let me know how I can h

Thanks, that sounds great.

iPeng. Otherwise
iPeng is definitely my clear preferred choice with this latest update.
Keep up the great work.
It is well worth the investment if anyone is still wavering on that
choice.

Thanks Pippin. Sorry if I created any of the confusion. I don't know
anything about the code or the differences in these two methods of
controlling the volume. I just try to help by describing my experience
and interaction as a user.

think iPeng should be able to behave just like the Web UI and SC does
with regard to Volume control and IRBlaster. Maybe Felix has a
suggestion.
Thanks.

fixed at 100%, it would seem like iPeng should
be able to work the same way.
Thanks for the idea.

I am hoping a solution can be found. Using iPeng for all my other SB's

the volume when the SB3 (and iPeng App display) is at 100%.
Thanks for considering this as I really like the iPeng App. I am still
using it for the other SB's in the house that are connected directly to
amps. However in the main living room where we listen the
a way in the UI to still increase
the volume even though the SB3 thinks the volume is 100%.
I hope that makes sense.
Thanks.

PreAmp. The solution may be as simple as providing a way on the screen
to continue to send VolumeUp even though the slider on iPeng is 100%

Pippin,
I have been using iPeng for a few weeks now. Love what you have done
with this app. I am also interested in figuring out the IRBlaster
volume up issue. Felix is the author of the plugin. It works fine for
me from both the SBC and the web interface, but not from i
you had to set the volume to 60 to
get it to behave as desired?
Thanks again,

address my issue. I really want to be able to control the volume with

For anyone else, after changing the common album titles, I had to clear
my library and rescan everything to see the change.
