Interesting - My address says 00, and it works. I guess that assumes some
default.
He has the Field - should be same as FT-1000MP etc - shouldn't need a null
cable.

Yep, you have to run Marek's WL2DX4WIN program to convert your WriteLog file
to ADIF for DX4WIN that will import the state info correctly. Marek's
program is available at http://sp7ps.pl/sp7dqr/downloads/wl2dx4win211.zip

I think it's because PSK31 is so narrow that a DX "split" would only need to
be a short distance away (?100-300 Hz) that it would still be in the
bandpass waterfall. Thus you do

Actually, you can use MMTTY with DX4WIN - See K8UT's docs describing how to

You need to tell us more. Do you receive anything?? Can you transmit? How
are you doing PTT? You obviously need audio going from the rig to the
soundcard, and from the soundcard to the rig, and you also need to key the
radio. How are you accomplishing each of these tasks? AFSK or FSK??

I don't think DX4WIN offers that control, does it? It would be a very nice
feature that some ham software is offering.

Some have suggested checking your email every 5 minutes (?), and DX Telnet

Here is what we've been waiting for! Vlad (UA6JD) has done a great service
with his QSL manager updates (manager and addresses) and IOTA information.
However, people continue to "tune in late" - That is, they learn about the
updates and ask what they can do if they missed earlier updates. Vlad ha

XP is an evolution of WIN2000 and WIN98 and doesn't "really" have DOS. XP
and WIn2000 have a Command Prompt (C:> prompt), and certain old DOS commands
are still available, but I doubt you could count on "old" ham programs that
utilize anything very special, e.g. soundcard, to work under XP. This

I just tried to start DX4WIN v5.03 in the usual way to add Vlad's QSL
Manager update. The opening screen appears for a sec or two as usual, but
then it just drops out back to the desktop! I haven't been having any other
problems with the program at all.

In a bold move, I did what you did and set 18 flags. I see 2 options:
1. Go to the QSO - click in the DXCC - MIxed box, and a drop-down arrow
will appear, and you can change it back to "--". Save the change. Do this
for each QSO.
OR
2. Go to Reports|Change Award Flags. Then click the drop-
