I have to agree with Jim on this one...
With electronic confirmations we (eventually) upload everything so the M
is pretty well meaningless.

QSOs, but we do upload them all. Uploading is a step on the way to
confirmed, but it's NOT as significant a step as mailing a QSL card and
expecting one in return. I think the version 7 way was more meanin
