I'm moving the K3 files from an old MacBook Pro to a new one. They were
easy to find in the ~/Library/Applications Support/Elecraft folder. But
what about the configuration of the K3 UTILITY itself? In other words,
where are the utility terminal/macros stored? Thanks much and Happy

I've been using WSJT-X FT8 for years using VOX. I have a MacBook Pro and an
Elecraft K3. I've been encouraged to try using Rig Control. I've tried all
sorts of Rig Control parameter settings, but all give one sort or another
HamLib Error. Any suggestions on where to look or what to do? And yes I'm

When I use the K3 Utility Terminal tab to send CW via one of the macros

JT65. I'm venturing to guess it's DSP artifacts. The humps are too smooth

I'm having a heck of a time fine tuning my output for digital modes. I have
my sound card set at 50% volume. A mic gain of 10 gives me "3 flicker 5". A
mic gain of 11 gives me "solid 5". Conversely if I keep the mic gain at 10
and change the sound card volume, same symptoms. Any suggestions on

I'm trying to control my KAT500 via the KXUSB cable to my MacBook Pro
running Mountain Lion. The only two ports I see are Bluetooth-PDA-Sync
and Bluetooth-Modem. The first gets KAT500 is not responding error
message from the KAT Utility. The second gets a Unable to open serial

it got stuck in EE INIT mode. Thanks to Brian K3KO, I pulled the ACC
