do feel for you. Your point, stated ad infinitum, was well-taken the
first time you made it. But your complaint is not with us who have had

It might be very helpful for dissatisfied customers to list the method they
used to communicate with Elecraft and the website info or whatever (phone
number? Elecraft does answer their phones) they used to contact Elecraft.

I'm subscribed to this list as well as a few others. I have a couple of dozen
groups.io that I follow via email notifications.
I use zero filtering of any of these, even though I use Thunderbird, which I'm
told can filter, sort, delete and deliver a fresh beer when needed. I do also
have a D
None; that is why email clients have filtering or muting.
This is apparently a point of frustration and contention about Elecraft's
customer service; as tedious as this thread may be, it's also setting
expectations for future customers and giving Elecraft an idea of sentiment
that might motivate (

I’ve been waiting over a year and a half for a K3 upgrade. The only
updates I ever got on the order were responses from Madelyn from inquiries
