Searching for "linuxcnc go reference" lands me on a forum page where the user said go reference then something about reference the axis so I'm thinking it's homing the axis. The Axis sim is too clever and does a bunch of moves to simulate a real machine homing but that may be masking the issue.

I deleted yapps2-runtime from debian/control.top.in in the dev section as that is the only place grep can find yapps2-runtime and rebuilt. Now dev installs without complaining. I tested halcompile and it runs, is there anything else in dev besides halcompile? JT
