I think that's how I did it, mounted the tubes in my lathe vise and milled the sides of the tubes. There was a bit of hand filing. I just took a glance at digikey's catalog and I think you might want to try the Fairchild parts on page 1984. They have one with a 3.81mm slot. There are some Omron
