readily available? These lower voltage ones are often used
for simple PIC projects or in toys and would give less
problems as an input for the comparators. Presumably you
could protect the inputs by putting a pair of zener diodes

My thought is a pyvcp panel will do what you want. If you want it on a
separate panel you may be able to use another monitor to display the pyvcp
panel.

are no longer updated. It describes a much earlier version of emc than
the current emc 2.4.
