the desktop box
use SSH for config editing (nano ftw).
use some form of version control (pushing to the interweb) on their

note some browsers cache the dns, firefox being bad at that, so a ip
address move done correctly
is lost on firefox because its to lazy to go and check.
iirc there is some incantation to get firefox to clear its dns cache.

It is GF 21 71 S 5, produced in 1989 in USSR, pretty big machine.
