problem when do you have downtime scheduled for this box?

The key is to prompt for S+ import is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Import
and add:
"Value name": ImportDetection
"Data type": Binary
"Value data": 1
And you should receive a prompt if you have S+ data to convert to calendar
data
