addresses in the To and From fields? I find that hard to believe since the
Klez virus, among others, does this very thing and they are certainly aware
of that virus.

I am having good luck with MailEssentials. Out of the gate it is pretty
strong, but toned down a bit, it does well. Still experimenting tho...
