I've got a proxy server standing between my network and the internet. It's

clients I think the best way will be to export emails to Outlook and then

With E2K it's not necessary to set up a second Domain.
If the E2K Mail Server is responsible for all incoming traffic you can
forward all unresolved email adresses to the VMS Mail Server.
Drawback: The internal email traffic has to be reorganized if users on the
VMS Mail server try to send email

The university decided to change our DNS domain as well as our NT domain
names. However due to legacy systems both must excist for a time. The
VMS system is in the UNCWIL.EDU domain (DNSNT) and E2K is in the UNCW.EDU
(DNS W2K) domain. Essentially we are doing a DNS

Just install Antigen and you'll finally realize that AV software doesn't

NOT.. I would keep the MX record for the Vax up and keep mail going
there. Download a pop connector for exchange and pop the mail off of the
Vax on a per user basis, until it is all gone. Or move everyone all at
once and give them 2 email addresses and point both MX to the exchange
machine.

from NAV to Antigen. So smooth I didn't have to uninstall Norton. I just stopped
the service for NAV and installed 30 day trial version. I have since installed
the licensed version and have seen many viruses caught and I love the file
filtering.

is actually a little bit better. Don't use it for Exchange. Use
Antigen. It's the best.
I use
NAV CE 7.51 for my servers and workstations. It pushes updates to all
users pretty well. I have to keep on top of it though since I also have it
at 2 remote offices. Even users who log in
