Many asp do not have logs turned up (but should) that would give you who
accessed what mailbox by default, consider logs to be their information not
the clients (which I tend to agree), and logs after the fact can be easily

the provider appears to know too much about what's happening inside the
company.
It could be a red herring but..
All access is via OWA and Citrix metaframe and the service (email) is 24*7
so no people
Being a contractor I insist that my accounts be disabled when I am not on
site. If I vpn in I have to call ahead and have my account enabled for the
duration of the session. Nothing like having them sitting on the table when
your not even there.
