Do you really mean IMAP? Or do you mean MAPI? I've never heard of an IMAP superuser. You can do what you are suggesting with MAPI on any version of Exchange. It's simply that after (and including) Exchange 2007, you allocate permissions either per-mailbox or per-mailbox-database - instead of fo
