I am proficient at disasters, we outsourced almost three weeks ago and we're

You seem a bit sarcastic, yet his answer is right on. If Public Folders don't
error/spam attack/extreme stupidity there's a chance
someone's quota would get hit before the stores dismount. Limits generally high
enough so they don't notice, and low enough that it's unlikely any one or two
users could fill their mailboxes enough to dismount the store.

was on her calendar. Looking at her calendar myself, I see a lot of appts up to
the weeks prior to this week, but only a very light smattering this week and
later.

but it requires domain\UserID. Isn't there a way for it to let us just
enter username - basically having it assume our domain ID? UPN also
works if we enter t as specified in users properties in AD.
