We recently deployed BlackBerry and it been a major PITA for a number of
users. Bad provisioning by the carrier, bad devices, lack of knowledge.
My trouble calls for BB outnumber my normal calls 2 to 1 and I
ATT and Verizon keep sending me phones to eval so I've used most of the
BB's and a bunch of the WM.
If I had to go BlackBerry I think I'd go with the Curve first and one of
the 88x0's second.
WM. BlackJack II (in hand now) is really nice. So is the Palm 750.
I'm not a huge fan of the slide

workstation. Many of them are MAPI aware so when the client get the new mail
notification it goes and checks the new mail for an attachment and if one
