Nothing that I can see, but it's a very busy server and logs roll over quite
quickly (<24 hours for 128MB log here). I've enabled saving of logs on the
offchance something gets logged when this happens.

Anything that does the job well isn't cheap. We use eManager by Trend
and it does a fairly good job once you tweak it.

I believe that is purely a manual process. The emanager piece will update the spam
list automatically as well as letting you add specific ones. I have NOT seen the
signature alone catch 100% of spam. Also, emanager has much more content filtering
ability other than just spam.

I wouldn't say that they include it with ScanMail, they provide the additional spam
support via the eManager piece. It cost us about 11k, which depends on the number of
mailboxes.
