Using 'dmesg |grep 12' and 'lspci' I figured out that the USB controller had
taken the mouse interrupt.
Turning off legacy USB support in the BIOS fixed it!

One way of doing it is to start drakconf(the Mandrake control utility) and go

hope that's clear enough, any help is appreciated

problem is apache wait too long for imap to return message listing.
Try putting a clean copy of 1.2.6 alone with your existing version to
test it out first. Move plug-ins over after everything is working.

If you get random ip when connect from outside your home network, you
want to look into pop-before-smtp solution.
Also, check with ordb.org so your server won't be victim of ube.

Hi,
What you need to do is register your mac with Telus. Their DHCP server
will give ip only to registered mac address. It's an always on
connection, you don't need to use pppoe, just plain old dhcp client
would be fine. If you are close to Vancouver, I can give you a hand.
Robin
You need to uninstall the bootsplash package and remove quiet in the
append line in lilo.

Ok here is what I had to do to get the frontpage extensions working.
1. Change apache uid and gid to 101 (they have to be above 100)
2. Chown any directories that didn't get changed properly.
3. Merge commonhttpd.conf and httpd.conf (insert all the lines of
commonhttpd.conf into httpd.conf at
and current updates in http://rpmfind.net is
apache-1.3.22-1.2mdk.i586.rpm and mod_frontpage runs well.

have no
PC cards in the system during install and the first reboot. Then get the
newest pcmcia-cs package (ftp://pcmcia.sourceforge.net/pub/pcmcia-cs/) from
a floppy, build and install it. Reboot and then you can install PC-cards
and configure networking, etc. for the cards.
