I use Felidae. It is only a little more expensive than Iams and so much better. Also, they have a breeder/rescue program where you get the 6th bag/case free for every 5 you purchase. Now, if I was going to pick the BEST cat food, I'd pick Innova Evo, but I can't afford to feed it:( On

My first FeLV kitty we treated with Doxy just in case it was Hemobart. She collapsed and threw up after I gave her her meds one day and we rushed her to the Emergency vet to have her PTS. She was in great pain. We think she got a clot in her leg. This is why I am hesitant to medicate these cats

Immunoregulin and Feline Interferon Omega (must be imported) both would be good options for him. Both require a cooperative vet though. Definitely start antibiotics for the pneumonia if not already. You should consider supplementing him with Lysine as well (this you CAN do without a vet).
