Hi Darcy, I think it started when I was messing with this and opened that window, and clicked "Test Setup". Now I can't seem to get rid of it. I opened that window again - selected and the deselected "Test Setup", and it still does it. Obviously - something I've done, but I don't know what.

The problem belongs to soundcard drivers, not to the keyboard, which only sends a MIDI signal to the soundcard. It is the soundcard itself that has to manage the signal in real time and convert it in a sound. If the card has poor drivers, the latency occurs. You should specify if you need a sou
