the epstopdf file installed by tetex. Actually, I'd
recommend removing all the packages with (Obsolete) in the description,
then reinstalling tetex to avoid future problems. This seems to be a
small hiccup in the tetex 1.0 - 2.0 upgrade procedure.

time doxygen was 1.4.3-3 not 1.4.5-1. But I also remember 1.4.3
crashing at some point, so it seems like any version can crash at any
time for any reason. :(
