If you're talking about the signal selection in the RX Meter, you can set it
to Signal Avg and set the averaging time on the Setup Form -> Display Tab.

This usually means that the parallel port connector is not seated properly

Is anyone else having trouble w/ Power SDR and Ham Radio Deluxe?
It will suddenly go out of connection w/ SDR and I have to exit out of both HRD
and SDR to reconnect the two. Simple reconnect by HRD does not work.

polarization of the core with eventual "fail to open" come from? I've never
heard of this.
Also - if there's only low current passing through the relay contacts (which
is probably true in many cases - especially those in which there
(from some driver that thinks that it really needs to write
to the printer port)
The USB cables, because they present an abstracted "printer"
interface are less likely to have weird stuff coming out on them.

I have the same problems. (X2 gets keyed and rx zapped) In addition, since I
use various X2 pins to key different antenna relays for different antenna
switching, they also get keyed when tuning the SDR up and down the band. I
