Does a reboot fix the issue? Are you sequencing the startup of PowerSDR
with other apps?

Had the same issue with them in Texas. I switched to Business Class and hot
same day responses and fixes in the SLA.
When we moved to NC IN May I opted for TWC Business Class. Saves losing time
and money using residential class.
Then again you may already be on Business Class and they

Generally no manufacturer driver is needed as the WHQL version is supplied
with the OS. So you more than likely have the latest. Best way to check,

The error is a standard WMI (Windows Management Interface) reporting error.
It's telling you that it cannot start a service that it has been told to do
so via scripting (the install process no doubt). Check the Event logs to
see if you see any more detailed errors around the time of the install.

No noise issues. Nice and stable.
