front to the front panel I have respectively the filter holder/cap, the
filter, the filter spacer and then the fan. Are you saying that you just
place another filter spacer, without filter and filter holder, on t

Many months ago somebody suggested on the forum to make a large opening
in the cabinet wall behind the fan instead of letting the cool

fanwheel create a whining sound like a siren .

Just one comment; I hardly even hear my fan! Lot more things in the
shack worry me like the Henry 3K's fan. The SDR muffin fan on mine is
far less noise than the one in my power supply.
