I put together this patch after having problems with a application I was
writing where the wall time had to be updated while the application was
running. With the current pynotifier generic notifier code this cause
the application to appear to hang while the dispatch loop catches up.

This patch adds several new methods to X11Window which adds the ability
to set the shape mask for the window (either from a bitmask string or an
imlib2 image) and disable/enable windows decorations. I've also included
a test app that shows the new features in use.

I'm just finalising a patch for kaa.display that will allow the X11Window
to use the shape extension and also allow window decorations to be turned
on and off. Now for freevo 1 I know patches go to the trackers, but I
think I remember seeing an email saying this is not the case for kaa or
freevo2?
