I have a "New" Powerbook G3 (no Series). I want to put a Orinoco Gold card in it and get a wireless router to connect it to the network. Some questions: First does anyone know someplace to get an Orinoco Gold for less than $65. Which routers support AppleTalk between the wireless and wired LA

George, What do you mean when you say that the processor is 'ticking'?? I don't think they make any noise. Could it be because your hard drive is making that noise? Your mention of 'ticking' reminded me of this: A little while ago, my Pismo hard drive started making a lot of clicking (ticking?)
