FWIW, it's not anything you did. The same thing happened to me when I downloaded Nisus. Apparently changing your default word processor is supposed to be a "helpful" feature. I spent a while trying to get the icons to change to no avail. Eventually some of them changed but I don't know why.

Well I sort of found the answer. I did a "Get Info" on a word document and from there was able to set Word as the default application. Everything works fine now, with all word documents opening in Word, only trouble is that they still have the Nisus icons with "doc" on them. Any way to reset the

While I'd like an eyeTV I think I'll have to settle for an older second hand external device for now. What about Eskape TV? Does anyone have experiences with an Eskape TV product and 'books with processors in the 400 to 700Mhz range under Panther? Is the picture acceptable? Crashes seldom or often?
