I used to really like Linksys' gear.
I've owned/worked with a BEFSR41 (the "original" cable/DSL router), a
BEFVP41 (the IPSEC VPN end-point version), and a BEFW11S4 (802.11b wireless
router). All were solid pieces of equipment, quite reliable, every one is
still in operation.
Has anyone gotten the Linksys WPC11 version 4 to work with OS 9? Long hot,
but never hurts to ask :) Thanks!

I've had good luck with linksys, specifically a BEFW41 (?) wireless 4

I honestly don't see a problem as long as you are running 10.3. And if
you are worried it will do something to the USB port.

Why not get a real airport card, with the antennas in the screen the Pismo
gets terrific wifi range, far better than my 12" Aluminum.

Any thoughts about getting a Linksys WUSB54G 802.11g adapter to run
on my Pismo, either under OSX or OS9? Trick seems to be that this
thingy connects to the USB port, no drivers, etc.
