Hi all;
I used the video out on my 12 PB for the first time, with a LCD
projector.
The video was a bit blurry, unlike that from the PC laptops I use at
work.
I'm using the Apple adapter that came with the PB; is there one with
better shielding or something that would give better

I would like to turn it into my living room/DVD player/game computer.
But it does not support VGA video out. I have an old Apple 17 Studio

In OS 9, it's always worked for me when I put the PowerBook to sleep,
then connect the S-Video (or composite video via adatper) to the
PowerBook, power on the TV, then wake the PowerBook back up. The
video comes up in mirroring.
Ditto w/ the VGA port.

Hey there all...
I dunno if this has been covered a million times or not, but I can't seem to
get anything out of my S-video plug. I have a WSII/300/192mb RAM (with the

It may be helpful to detail my solution - and again, thank you all for

1- Installed Radio Shack Rear-Panel Audio/Video/S-Video Extend-A-Jack

2- Installed Radio

red
and white plugs on the Aux input next to the yellow plug. Plug the
mini plug

-video cable
(from Radio Shack) and going from the ALBook's S-video out port to the
S-video in port on the tv. Does that make sense?

Steen,
My Wallstreet has S-Video out.
You need an S-Video cable and

I found that it was a little fussy about the sync between TV on and
