That's not the point. I agree with Tom. There's always going to be spoilers for games out there, and I try not to look at them, but they're going to be posted anyhow, whether game devs agree with them or not; people should refrain from posting them as much as possible--but that's just my oppinion.

Hi Liam, The choppiness could be processor speed and/or ram. When I run the game on my laptop that has a 3.6 GHZ processor it isn't too bad. When I load the game on an older 1.2 GHZ desktop, the one that recently died, it is kind of slow and choppy. This only really started once I stuck the 44100

Hi Liam, Not sure. In Tomb Raider they have medikits you pick up throughout the levels rather than potions. Usually, they have a medikit somewhere near the start position you can snag off a ledge or some other obscure place which gives you a quick way to restore health when you need it.
