Hi Jared,
90-100 days at 68-77 F (day/night) is about normal for incubation.
If it's less than 80 days, incubation temperature is too high.
4 months is about the max time for incubation.
Your female will need extra calcium before the next clutch,
either snails or oral calcium will work.

Hi Mike,

Betadine won't hurt, but I would keep watching the other
geckos. Skin problems heal better with Vit E supplemenation.
You can simply take a droplet of goo out of a capsule and put
it on the tip of their snout.
This was recommended to me by vets when I ran in
We worried about this too, I have a couple hundred geckos and a lot of cages.
Our house sold to the first people who walked in the door on the first day
for a record-setting price. We actually had 2 offers out of the first 3
people who saw it. After that things got crazy, but that's another story..
Hi Danny,
I bred them for a few years, interesting little critters, very tough.
I kept them dry with a light misting in the evening. A tall cage

that's the update. I'm not really sure what coccidia does to geckos

Hi Mike,
Quarantine for LTC is the same as for WC. It is definitely worth
finding out what the problem
is before treating as the wrong meds will do no good and stress a
weakened animal.
How long is LTC in this case?

The timing of the article and an abundance of cheap imports is unfortunate.

Hi Michael,
You would have to get an export license from USFWS ($50 or so)
plus have the animals inspected before you can ship them out (another $5O-55).
If you're not near a port of exit/entry, you would have to hire a
broker and ship

Hi TQ,
I've kept them under different lighting conditions with no problems.
I recommend a florescent strip for general lighting and a small

They will come to the top of the tube and hang out to bask.
This is very important for females.

Sounds like coccidia to me, very common in dragons and gex.
