Note that this is the version of libpano13 you need to build the Hugin gsoc2009_layout branch. This libpano13 _should_ also work fine with all releases of Hugin from 0.7.0 through to the current trunk. Though you'll have to recompile both Hugin and autopano-sift-C if you want them to use it.
